EGM Meeting Re-Scheduled - Wednesday 17th Febuary

Due to the very inclement weather the EGM scheduled for January 6th at The New Strand could not take place as many members were unable to attend.  The meeting has therefore been reconvened and will take place on Wednesday, February 17th  2010 at 8pm at The New Strand. Your nominations for the vacant posts of Chair and Vice-Chair should be sent to me by 1st February.Subject to a resolution of the EGM a Committee meeting will follow to finalize the Summer League.Proposals for discussion at the Committee meeting  should also be notified by 1st February.
The Executive Committee anticipate that the closing date for Summer League entries will be 10th February.

 

Ysgol Penmaes Pupils take up Petanque Challenge

Pupils of Class A4 have taken up the challenge to learn the game of petanque for the ASDAN quilification. The pupils visit the club every Friday to show off and home their skills. Tom Jones who works at Ysgol Penmaes said " The pupils are really enjoying the challenge, it is great to see them enjoying a new sport. They all have great skills and ability to learn the game."
